Safety is treated as a design principle in this demonstration
Aurelis is a fictional brand built for a template. This page makes no certification, licensing or regulatory claims of any kind. What it describes is how safety-minded thinking shapes the product: what the software refuses to let you do, and where it forces a decision to be recorded.
Fictional and demonstration only. Aurelis holds no operating certificate, no air operator licence and no aircraft. Nothing on this page should be read as a statement about a real operator, aircraft or regulatory standard.
Preparation
No movement is offered before it has been planned. Slots, handling, fuel, catering and ground arrangements are resolved on the operations side before an itinerary is released to a client. In this demonstration that discipline appears as a trip that cannot advance to departure until preparation, aircraft, crew and documents have each been recorded.
Aircraft readiness
Availability is derived from the maintenance record rather than asserted by a sales desk. An aircraft marked out of service in this demonstration cannot be assigned to a request, cannot be quoted, and cannot be committed to a trip — the interface simply will not allow it.
Operational review
Every itinerary passes a second pair of eyes before release. The demonstration models this as an explicit review stage in the request pipeline: nothing moves from review to quotation to client approval without a deliberate action being recorded against it.
Crew coordination
Crew are rostered against a trip rather than an airframe, and briefed on the itinerary including the ground arrangements at both ends. The trip brief in this demonstration lists the crew alongside the concierge notes for exactly that reason.
Passenger communication
One document set, released once, kept current. When operations changes a trip, the client workspace changes with it — there is no second copy of the itinerary living in an email thread.
